Cast iron with relief decoration 'Venus Stiger fran Havet' (Venus rises from the sea).
History:
An example of this urn was exhibited at the Swedish Pavilion at the Paris World Exhibition 1925. The Swedish Pavilion, designed by Carl Bergsten, took the form of a neo-Greek temple with attenuated Ionic columns. Neo-Greek furniture designed by Erik Gunnar Asplund complemented the architecture.
