History:
'The Drop' chair was designed for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, as part of the special decoration that Arne Jacobsen designed for this, his most famous, complete project. 'The Drop' chair was upholstered with wool fabric for the hotel rooms, while a version upholstered with leather was made in 40 pieces for use in the hotel's Snack Bar.
