Grand Antiques - Liljevalchs 2018

Jacksons are showcasing some unique pieces from the golden period referred to as "Swedish Grace". The art hall Liljevalchs designed by Carl Bergsten in 1916, is the perfect setting for a furniture group designed by Folke Bensow and exhibited at the renowned "Verkstadsutställningn" Liljevalchs 1920. A photographic septych by Finnish artist Ola Kolehmainen correlates to a unique mosaic table by Einar Forseth which was originally presented as a proposition for the commission to decorate the golden room at Stockholm's City Hall.
