Sylvia Stave (1908–1994) was a Swedish designer noted for her avant-garde approach to metalwork during the early to mid-20th century. As the artistic director of C. G. Hallberg, Stave redefined Swedish silverware with her minimalist and functional designs. Her work, including the iconic "Cubique" series of geometric silver containers and the streamlined "Alaska" series in pewter, showcased her mastery of modernist principles and her innovative use of materials, making a significant impact on Scandinavian design.
