Astrid Ewerlöf (1876–1927) was a Swedish ceramist celebrated for her distinctive contributions to ceramic art in the early 20th century. Ewerlöf is best known for her delicate, hand-painted faience works featuring intricate floral and animal motifs. She drew inspiration from nature, and her refined craftsmanship and sophisticated glazing techniques brought her acclaim. Her ceramics, often featuring traditional Swedish themes, became emblematic of the region’s early modernist aesthetics, combining elegance with natural beauty.
